Shipping Policy

As of right now I am only shipping within Canada. Any changes to shipping will be updated as we go.

Processing Time

I’ll have your order packed and shipped in about 1- 5 business days for items are in stock. Items that are not in stock and need to be made could take up to 4 - 6 weeks to process. During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances processing times may be extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping (Canada):

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure a timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors beyond our control. It is recommended you place your order well in advance of any important dates to avoid disappointment.

Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, depending on the circumstances.

Once the package is with the courier, there isn't much we can do about any delays. By placing your order, you're agreeing to our shipping policies. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Personal Orders/Commisions

I take personal orders, but can only handle a few at a time since the process takes some time to complete. The pottery is made in batches, so it has to dry, bisque fire, glaze, and fire again. I will do my best to get your piece to you as soon as I can.
